  Terms and Conditions for Under-15 Children's Ticket to Summer BBQ at The Coach House, Markshall

  
  

  1. Ticket Purchase and Use

  1.1. Children’s tickets are valid only for the specific date and time of the Summer BBQ event at Markshall.

  1.2. An Under-15 Children's Ticket is for one (1) child aged 15 years or younger.

  1.3. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times during the event.

  1.4. Children’s tickets are non-transferable and may not be resold or exchanged for other events.

  
  

  2. Event Details

  2.1. The Summer BBQ event will take place at The Coach House, Markshall Estate, on 12th of July 2025

  2.2. The event will include food, drinks, and entertainment, as described in the event listing. Some activities may be restricted by age or height for safety reasons.

  2.3. The event organizers reserve the right to modify the event schedule, catering, or activities, including cancellation, at any time and without prior notice.

  
  

  3. Admission and Entry

  3.1. Entry to the event will only be permitted upon presentation of a valid ticket.

  3.2. Either a printed or digital version of the ticket is required to gain access to the event.

  3.3. A valid ticket must be presented at the entrance, and children must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder.

  4. Supervision and Safety

  4.1. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times during the event. The event organisers are not responsible for the supervision or safety of children.

  4.2. Parents or guardians must ensure that children adhere to event rules and conduct themselves appropriately.

  4.3. Any child found without supervision may be asked to leave the event, and the ticket holder will be held responsible.

  
  

  5. Cancellations and Refunds

  5.1. Tickets are non-refundable except in the case of event cancellation.

  5.2. If the event is cancelled by the organiser due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inclement weather, force majeure), ticket holders will be offered a refund or an alternative date, depending on the situation.

  6.1. All attendees must follow the health and safety guidelines in place at the time of the event, including any applicable local regulations and protocols (e.g., COVID-19 guidelines).

  7. Alcohol and Age Restrictions

  7.1. The event is open to all ages; however, alcohol will be available for adult ticket holders only.

  7.2. Children under the age of 18 will not be served alcohol, and adult supervision is required for all child ticket holders.

  8.1. The event organisers are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property incurred by children or adults during the event.

  8.2. The event organisers are not responsible for the supervision of children. Parents or guardians are solely responsible for the safety of their children.

  9.1. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
